• You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  Individual Open packages cannot be returned.  Any returns will be inspected by the factory first before any credits/refunds issued.
• A 25% restocking fee will be for returns or cancellations for COMMERCIAL customers and a 30% restocking fee will be for returns or cancellations for RESIDENTIAL customers.  A return label will be provided, and the customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from any refund.
