Antique PILLIOD LUMBER COMPANY Machinist Tool Box, Chest # 25, Wood (Cherry, Mahogany?) / Leather outside.  The wood drawer faces and Pilliod Label look excellent and original, but we are not experts.  The exterior leather looks very good with light and normal wear showing for a nearly 100 year old box.  A little fraying of the leather is spots is noted.  The sides, back and bottom are in great shape and pictured.  There is a signature on the inside back that we cannot make out.  The FELT in the drawers looks clean and looks REPLACED.  The longer drawers have a musty smell.  We have NO key for the lock and you can see on the front panel how a screwdriver has been used to open it and the damage around it.   It is about 18" x 12" x 8".   The second to the last photo is taken from the research we did on it and that sheet is for reference only and not included. We could locate no comps so please feel free to make an offer. Normal use, wear, and age will show.  We have more photo's if you have a specific area you would like to see, just message us in Ebay.
