FINE ART   Signed Roger Blanchard 1991.  This was a gift from the artist himself. Have many others as well. I know him personally here in NC. Selling for my client who is the artist’s brother in law. Roger Blanchard was flown around the world to paint at these races. I have some signed by the race car drivers as well.
