Old VINTAGE TILSO JAPAN VASE HAS CHIP ODD SIGNATURE AND WRITTEN ON 54. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This Vase has had a rough life. The bottom has a chip about 1" long but isn't all that noticeable when sitting upright.  No clue why its signed. The bottom is written on. It's AS IS
