The original Samuel Weiser Bookstore was started in New York City's famous "Book Row" area by Sam in 1926. It moved several times within the "Book Row" before relocating to 117 4th Avenue, where it remained for a number of decades. The store closed for good in the 1990s and is now one of the leading online sellers of used and rare books on all occult and mystical paths of tradition.
Bookmark measures 2" W x 6" H and is made of paper.
This bookmark is in good condition. The store must have moved down the street at some point. The street number was crossed out and 740 was written in. The last digit of the phone number was also altered. There are some minor corner dings and rubs. Please see all photos.
