In good working condition.  Spots of rust throughout.  Alarm has an on/off switch. In order to set the time and alarm it is necessary to remove the back cover which simply pulls off. Approximate dimensions are 5.5" tall by 4" wide by 2" deep.  Requires 1 AA battery.
