Our Process - 

Our spinnerbaits start with a head molded from recycled lead. We bend our wire forms in house. 

Next, the heads are primed, base coated, and detailed with an airbrush.  

We then coat the heads with a flexible clear coat to protect the finish.

Following that, skirts are tied on individually with thread coated in UV epoxy for strength and protection. 

Finally, the components on the spinnerbait arm are assembled and the lure is completed.
