Cute little set from Lebanon. The handle is carved horn, in the shape of a phoenix or fire bird. There are brass wings. The cutlery portion of the forks and spoons are silverplate, the knives are stainless steel. The silver is tarnished. I was able to polish the one fork in just a minute. The set has general wear, with a few small chips on only a couple of pieces.  This exquisite set is fun and elegant at the same time. Perfect and a must-have for entertaining, the collector, or lover of unique and beautiful flat wear.
