There is a handwritten note to the front in what looks like pencil of : AUG 1956. This could be removed if desired I would say. The packet holds some line which looks like gut to me.  The packet shows a bit of damage, some marking, wear, creasing and a partial horizontal fold line. Please see the listed items including lures.
