This auction is for a vintage original Ford hot water heater. Someone wrote "48 Ford F-100" on the top, but I'm thinking it was used on all 40's (maybe 30's?) and early 50's Ford flathead powered pickups and panels. It appears to be complete and none of the moving parts are frozen. The doors open and close, but are kind of sticky. I don't know if simple use would free them up a little or if they'd need some lubrication. It's not all dented up and rusted out. It does have surface rust from age and storage, but not from sitting out in a field in a rotted out parts truck. The wiring and switch are still attached and should be be able to be used as a good guide when updating them. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions and thanks for visiting my store!
