I believe the size that is listed on the inside of the jacket is a European size. From what I researched I believe the 54 EU is roughly a 44 US. I can take and send pictures of measurements upon request.

The jacket looks to be in very good condition. There is one small fabric pull on the back and one hard to notice stain on the right arm. See photos.
