rarely used Tempress fishing seat. Lowe printed on back. Includes an 18 inch Swivel-Eze post. Part # P30012A.  no rips in the seat.  dirty from sitting around. Pedestal Bracket has some surface rust.     Will be shipping not assembled but bolts included.
