This is a set of electronic rechargeable foot warmers by Hotronics. Includes two batteries, two heated soles, and the charger. It appears that both soles heat and one of the two batteries work, not sure if the other will work I didn’t look into it.

Great for skiing snowboarding or work boots in the winter
