They are both complete and new in sealed packaging.  The figure in black has the bubble slightly lifting that's why the gun moved to in back of the figure. The other figure has yellowish on the bubble.  Both figures have the back cards warped alot and have some stains as seen in pictures.  These are extremely rare.
