This vintage pattern number 3048 is size 18. (Bust 36, hips 39.) It was stored away for decades, unused. Please note that it was factory cut, as many from this era are. Also patterns from this time and from this manufacturer apparently have few to no markings. They are basically identified with perforations and a notch here and there. Definitely a challenge for a seamstress.!

The style appears to be from the early to mid 1950s. The dress is a classic style from that era, with 3/4 in or short sleeves. Also the option for a collar or a sweetheart neck.

Also this was a mail order pattern from The Farmer magazine. Purchased by a farm lady in North Dakota many many years ago.
