Rare Homemade of Paper and some kind of foam board. It was to be an  RC Boat . With its Military Folk Art style, it sure is a one of a kind item . It does float as it should . The top comes off for easy access to the internals . It is about 30 inches long and 8 inches wide with a main cabin at 10 inches. The wing is 13 inches high. Would make a  great piece for a display or make it run. Hull only no electronics. Don't know much more about it . The paper is the local paper Port St Lucie FL from 2008. This is a project.
