Preowned in good condition. There is some light wear and one of the nuts that holds the handle to the barrel has surface rust. Includes decorating disks and tips with wooden stand, bottom of original box, and manual with recipes. Manual is separated into individual sheets, unsure if complete. Box has some damage issues.
