This cheery cast bronze figure with original warm penny-brown patina measures 7 1/2" tall on its 1 3/4" thick x 4 3/4" diameter turned walnut base and is signed and titled on an applied plaque, Bill Bond "Let's Play".  Dating from the 1970's, the figure depicts a scruffy-coated and eager terrier (or terrier mix) sitting up and presenting an oversized ball.  As the images show, the work is nicely finished all around and presents very well.  You will note light scratches to the black walnut base and dust in some of the details.
