Here we have a three finger choppers, originally called cigarette cutters, finger can be placed in the upper hole and a cigarette in the lower hole, blade is pushed down & goes harmlessly through the finger but cutting the cigarette in 2, 2 have plastic blades, please add $5 for USPS ground advantage with tracking, I do combine shipping costs so if you buy multiple lots please wait for my invoice before paying & thanks for looking!
