All crystals are still factory sealed except for the 3616 KHz crystal.  I removed it to photograph and test it in my Globe Scout 680-A transmitter.  The 3616 KHz crystal zero beats at 3616.3 KHz.  This is typical tolerance consistent with aging and these type crystals.  Expect a little variation depending on circuit constants.  Crystal will fit in a FT-243 socket, but the pins are a bit smaller in diameter and seem to be similar to FT-241A crystals.  The 4^th and 5^th photos show an FT-243 crystal with the P-18A for comparison.
