Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Our shipping software determines which carrier and method are selected based on speed and cost.
Delivery Time:
Items are shipped within 1 business day from the time payment clears.
Guarantee and Returns
Most parts we sell come with a 1 year warranty (unless stated otherwise). There is no labor warranty. In the event a part purchased fails to operate within our warranty period, we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part, or refund the part purchase price, at our option. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Contact us for instructions prior to shipping back returns. All new returns must be complete, in new condition, in the original box, and received by us within 30 days of purchase date. You will receive a refund within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. Our warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the item. Customer must provide proof of purchase for all returns. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
