Up for sale is an awesome vintage Stanwell estate pipe. Marked Stanwell Diplomat made in Denmark 148 on the shank. Crown over S on the stem. Awesome billiard sitter shape with an oval shank and saddlebit mouthpiece. Designed by the great Jess Chonowitsch. Awesome smooth finish to show off the gorgeous grain all along the bowl and shank. In good condition overall, but used and needs a cleaning. Has some rim wear and darkening. Stem has tooth chatter, but a pipe cleaner can still pass through the mouthpiece. Overall a nice solid vintage Stanwell for any collector or smoker.
