Good condition, this item has real age.  It shows signs of cosmetic wear and tear through use.  This item has been hand made and hand painted,  each drawer has a brass handle and  is labelled inside as to its location total of 59 drawers.  Please refer to images. 

The Cabinet was originally purchased from an antiques dealer in Tokyo in 1990, before being shipped to the UK.
