We are a family run business which mainly deals with fine, costume, handmade natural gemstone jewellery and craft items.
We run jewellery parties in the Hampshire area. If you would like to host a party and earn 10% commission (or 15% if taken as goods), then please email for dates and details.
Payments:-
Items will be shipped within 3 days of the payment clearing. We do not accept cash as we cannot be held responsible for its loss in the post.
PleasePay Within five Days Of Purchase*.
*If you have not paid within five daysof purchase, we will start the unpaid item procedure with ebay (see bottom ofthis section).
If you are paying by Postal Order then follow the eBay link to pay(choose by PO). This will tell us how you will be paying. Pleasemake sure you include all details of the item purchased, this makes it easierfor us to get your item ready and sent straight out – it’s quite hard findingsomeone from just the amount on the Postal order! Please ensure that you send this via recordeddelivery as we cannot be held responsible for its loss in the post.
NOTEto UK eCheque Payers on Paypal – This is NOT an immediate payment and can take7-10 days AT LEAST to clear and we will not send goods until Paypalconfirm clearance. Therefore expect delays if you use this method! USA buyers –eCheque takes about 3-4 days.
Overseasbuyers must use Paypal only
Wedo not have the facility to handle any foreign cheques and do not accept anyform of cash through the post.
Bad payers – After seven days wewill commence eBay’s Unpaid Item Procedure. PLEASE respond to emails, even ifjust to say how you intend to pay.
Refunds:-
Weoffer a cooling off period of 7 days, items can be returned 7 days afterdelivery for a refund of the cost of goods and it is your responsibility toreturn the item. If you decide to returnthe items after the seven day period, goods can be returned (as long as theyare still in the same condition as they left here) but we will charge a 20%restocking fee and carriage will not be refunded.
Fullrefunds are given on faulty items. Please email us if the goods youreceive are faulty in any way. Refunds will then be given on receipt ofthe faulty item.

Post &Packing Charges:-
Buyers should note that Postage Costs cover Packing,Administration, Handling and Postage. Allpackages to the UK are sent recorded delivery at a cost of £2.95 (for standardletters) or £4 (small parcels), bigger parcels will be priced individually. Combined postage is available. Overseas buyers please email for prices.
Problems:-
UK buyers: if you have not received an item within Seven WorkingDays of your payment confirmation email then please contact us by email. Wewould politely ask that you also first contact your local sorting office to seeif they are holding any items for you. We would also ask that you provide eBayand Paypal with your most UP TO DATE ADDRESS! Overseas buyers we would suggestwait 21 days.
Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail because they haveattempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’slocal sorting office, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you donot pay for delivery we will refund only the cost of the item.
In the event of an item arriving damaged in the post then contactus as soon as possible.
If you purchase more than one item from us - we offer postagediscounts. These are shown within some of the listings but if you are notsure then go to PAY NOW and REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER and we will send you aninvoice. We usually send an invoice soon after an item has sold, if you areplanning to buy some more items from us to take advantage of the postagediscount, please email us and let us know and we will send you an invoice whenyou have finished (all items must be purchased within the five day window!)
