A really nice sounding, compact 30W acoustic amplifier, which is loud enough for small gigs, equally useable in the studio and quiet enough to play at home.  Has classy sounding onboard guitar effects and two channels so you can run a vocal mic through it alongside a guitar.  It looks new as I only bought it as a back up for one of my regular gigging amps and have hardly ever had to use it.  Comes complete with power cable and manual.
