One unique piece of baseball memorabilia. This is an original 1962 newspaper clipping with 4 consecutive seats ticket stubs. This features the Dodgers vs. Mets game on June 30th 1962 at Dodgers stadium. It was a 5-0 No Hitter pitched by Sandy Koufax. The newspaper clipping and the 4 ticket stubs (aisle 39, box S, seats 5 - 8) are adhered to a piece of paper. My Grandfather attended this game with my Aunt and Uncle and put this memorabilia together in a plastic frame with glass. That's how it has stayed for the past 61 years. The yellowing of the paper, newspaper, and tickets is natural with its aging. I carefully handled the memorabilia and removed it from the frame to take photos. I can see that the clipping and tickets are adhered in some way (probably glue because I see no tape). I won't try to remove any parts of this piece in an effort to keep its integrity. If a buyer wants to do that themselves that is up to them, and this would look awesome in a new frame. I know that these vintage stubbs can be professionally graded which increases their value/resale value, but it's a really cool piece of baseball history just as it is.
