Delivery

Items are dispatched within 3-5 working days of ordering and can be sent to UK, Europe, and US for additional postage fee.  All items are sent on a standard delivery service with the Isle of Man Post Office and for items of a higher value, a tracked service will be used.

 

When ordering internationally, please be aware that items are listed without VAT and your order will be subject to VAT, any other local tax and import duty when it arrives at your country’s border. The amount of tax owed on an item is to the discretion of the local customs office. You will be responsible for paying these taxes to your local authority in-line with your country’s customs procedures.  If unsure what charges you may face, please contact your local customs office prior to ordering an item. The UK-EU trade deal confirms there will be 14% import duty on bicycles for EU customers.

 

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless the item faulty or damaged upon receipt, this should be reported immediately so we can resolve your case in a timely manner. Any item that is returned in instances of damage will be exchanged for a like-to-like product where possible. Where a refund is deemed appropriate by Cycle 360, the payment will be returned to your original payment method and can take up to 10 days to be received.

 

All returns will be fully inspected once returned to Cycle 360. Used items that you have found to be faulty must be returned in a clean condition, any items deemed as unfit for return may be refused and you may be liable for any postage costs to return the item to you.  When returning an item, it's the buyer's responsibility to ensure that it's packed properly and protected during shipping. If the item is damaged while it's being returned to you, you may be entitled to offer them a reduced refund. We reserve the right to reject any returned items which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. You would be liable for the return postage of the items back to you in this instance. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

When sending an item back, please ensure it is sent on a tracked service and provide us with the tracking information so we can confirm when it has arrived back to us. For international returns, please be patient as they can take longer to be delivered. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned to Cycle 360 directly, not the manufacturer.

 

For international returns, you must ensure to mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE'. Failure to include this may result in the package being refused at UK Customs and returned to you.

 

If you have paid import duty on a returned order, you should be able to claim back a refund of the duties paid from your local Customs Authority. You will need to show the Customs Authority proof of duty paid when you received the order and proof of export – this is your proof of returning the order to us.
