It is my opinion that this thing is unused. I am basing that on appearance. I don't know anybody who could take a cast net out of a case and put it back in like this. The case is obviously open. If it happens to have been used, and I am incorrect, it is an barely used condition. I am not a fishing person by any stretch. Otherwise, what you see is what I have.
