Zubereitung:
1. Montieren Sie den Haken am Hakenanschluss, um das Gerät herumzutragen oder irgendwo aufzuhängen
unter der Haube.
2. Öffnen Sie den Ölnachfüllanschluss, füllen Sie das Rauchöl in den Tank und notieren Sie die Ölstandsanzeige,
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ölstand 2 cm über der Unterseite des Messgeräts NICHT überschreitet. Wenn der Ölstand nahe
vor Gebrauch nach unten, benötigt das Gerät eine Nachfüllung.
Hinweis:
Wenn das Rauchöl überfüllt ist, drehen Sie das Gerät auf den Kopf, um etwas Öl abzulassen.
3. Jetzt ist das Gerät einsatzbereit.
 
Preparation:
1. Mount the Hook to the Hook Port , used for carrying the unit around or hanging somewhere
under the hood.
2. Open the Oil Refill Port , fill the smoke oil into the reservoir and note the Oil Level Gauge ,
make sure the oil level will NOT exceed 2cm above the bottom of the gauge. If the oil level is close
to the bottom before use, the unit will need a refill.
Note: If the smoke oil is overfilled, turn the unit upside down to drain some oil out.
3. Now the unit is ready to use.
 
Rauchtest:
1. Montieren Sie den Rauchschlauch an der Rauchsteckdose und das Netzkabel an der Steckdose.
2. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an die 12-V-Fahrzeugbatterie an. Hinweis: Rote Klemme auf Positiv (+), Schwarze Klemme auf
Negativ (-). Für beste Leistung muss die Fahrzeugbatterie vollständig aufgeladen sein. Verwenden Sie KEINE DC12V
Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung.
Hinweis: NUR 12V Fahrzeugbatterie darf als Stromversorgung für das Gerät verwendet werden.
3. Jetzt leuchtet die LED-Betriebsanzeige auf und das Gerät beginnt, Druckluft zu erzeugen.
4. Drücken Sie die Start/Stopp-Taste, die Arbeitszyklus-LED leuchtet auf. Das Gerät beginnt zu erzeugen
rauchen und stoppt automatisch, wenn ein 5-minütiger Arbeitszyklus beendet ist. .
Um zu verhindern, dass das Gerät manuell Rauch erzeugt, drücken Sie einfach erneut die Start/Stopp-Taste innerhalb
jeden Arbeitszyklus. Lassen Sie das Gerät den Restrauch aus der Rauchdüse ausblasen. 
 
Smoke Test:
1. Mount the Smoke Hose to the Smoke Outlet  and the Power Cord to the Power Socket .
2. Connect the Power Cord to 12V vehicle battery. Note: Red clamp to Positive (+), Black clamp to
Negative (-). For best performance, the vehicle battery shall be fully charged. Do NOT use a DC12V
switch power supply.
Note: ONLY 12V vehicle battery is allowed to be used as power supply for the unit.
3. Now the Power LED is ON and the unit starts generating pressurized air.
4. Press Start/Stop Button , the Working Cycle LED will be ON. The unit will start generating
smoke and stop automatically when a 5 minutes' working cycle is finished. .
To stop the unit from generating smoke manually, simply press Start/Stop Button again within
any working cycle. Leave the unit to blow the residual smoke out of the smoke nozzle.

Wie führt man eine Dichtheitsprüfung durch?
1. 20ml Babyöl zum ersten Mal in den Detektor füllen. Öffnen Sie die Motorabdeckung und hängen Sie den Detektor in die Abdeckung.

Hinweis:
Kappenstopfen (optional) könnten verwendet werden, um verschiedene Öffnungen abzusperren, wenn ein Test an einem Teil der
gesamtes System benötigt wird. Es könnte auch verwendet werden, um die Einlassöffnung, die Rauchdüse
verbindet sich über weitere verfügbare Öffnungen mit dem System.
 
 
Operation Steps:
How to do leak test？
1. Fill 20ml baby oil to the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover.
2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector.
3. Connect detector with DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work.
4. In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use head lamp if necessary.
Note:
Cap Stoppers (Optional) could be used to block off various openings, if a test on partial of the
whole system is required. It also could be used to block off the intake opening, the smoke nozzle
connects to the system via other openings available.

Anleitung zur universellen Aufnahmeblase:
Die Universal Intake Blase wird verwendet, um die Ansaugöffnung zu passen, die nicht abgerundet ist.

3. Only when the smoke oil is overfilled, turn the unit upside down to drain some oil out.
4. Every three months, DO drain all the old oil out and refill new.

Instruction on Universal Intake Bladder:
The Universal Intake Bladder is used to fit the intake opening which is not rounded-shape.
1. Clean the inner wall of the intake opening while the air filter and
the throttle connections are removed, so as not to scratch the rubber
component of Universal Intake Bladder.
2. Put the Rubber Component into the intake opening.
3. Press the Hand Pump to inflate Rubber Component until the intake opening is tightly sealed.
4. Plug the smoke nozzle into the Tube Opening  to introduce air/smoke into the system.
5. After the test, pull off the smoke nozzle and long-press the Pressure
Relief Valve to release the inflated air. Clean the Universal Intake Bladder for storage.
Note: Never contact with corrosive liquids.

1.When you use this FXTUL F803 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill with 20ml oil . Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
2.The testing liquid : both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
3.Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 20ml each time.
4.Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
5.During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
6.Do NOT run the detector over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
7.The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
8.The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
9.If the test pipe needs to be disconnected in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopple.
