IMPORTANT - WARRANTY / SAFETY INFORMATION -
Heating elements are a none returnable spare part and are not supplied with any warranty at all. This Blue Seal spare part is a specialist component and should only be installed and set up by an experienced and qualified engineer.
This is not a part that should be installed DIY style and can be dangerous if not installed and tested correctly. If your original element has blown this could indicate an underlying issue and if not rectified will cause immediate damage to the new replacement element. For this reason this particular spare part is excluded from the standard warranty returns period.
Blue Seal will not entertain any faulty new item claims for spare parts that have been installed by none qualified or trained engineers. If any spare parts are reported as faulty from new and require returning to Blue Seal for inspection or replacement they insist on having an engineer’s report detailing the model and serial number of the appliance and the technical nature of any fault reported.
