This book goes out to all men and women involved in domestic violence, the abused and abuser. God warns us in many ways, only for us to deny His signs. 'Hidden Death' represents life after death, a second chance to live, a sequel. I also dedicate this to all brain trauma survivors.
I was born in the seventies, in a small town called Wewoka, Oklahoma. The town was still segregated so our area of living was considered the colored side of town. I lived in a protective neighborhood across from a park, and next-door to a church. In my teenage years I had a culture shock: my parents moved me to a black, historical Oklahoma town called Boley, where I still live to this day. I have worked in many fields such as an adult prison, juvenile detention and I've also owned a couple of businesses: home daycare and bail bondsman. My chosen career is working in the mental health field. There are many brain trauma victims that are mentally ill. This is also how I came about writing this book. God gave me a second chance to serve Him and help His people. I know men and women who have been killed behind domestic violence, and think my story could help someone. It has become my testimony, which I pray will help save lives.
