Large American Antique Silver Snuff Box, Wood & Hughes c.1870
American antique sterling silver snuff box of considerable size by Wood & Hughes of New York.
Attractive detailing to top and bottom which remains crisp, gilt interior remains pretty much intact, just some loss of gilt on the edge where lid rest.
The merest of slight bruises on one corner (very very minor) otherwise a very fine snuff box which measures 82x54x18mm.
