Used - Good Used Condition - Pastry Knife was washed, rinsed, sanitized and polished prior to this listing.  It is ready for immediate food use.  The tin plate has some worn spots but the blade is sharp and it works perfectly as it should (see all pictures).  

This "P", "PK" and "#7" pastry knife was manufactured by Hobart for its KitchenAid division in the 1925 to 1940 range.  It works on both Model Gs and N50s.  It is made of steel with tin plating over it.  

This pastry knife will not fit any other KitchenAid or Hobart mixer other than the Model G and N50.  Even though it will lock on to the planetary of a Model H-5 it can't be used on this model as the planetary of the Model G and N50 spins opposite in direction to that of the Model H-5.
