Amazing Michael Simon Halloween Sweater.  From 2003 this is in brand new mint  With tags condition and size large. Features dangling legs at the bottom of the sweater including Dorothy with her ruby slippers wicked witch, ballerina, mummy, etc.   Also has a cute blue crocheted wizard hat with gold stars on the front along with black sequin stars scattered throughout sweater as shown.   The bust measures 42" across and with feet the sweater measures 26" from shoulder to hem. The feet are each about 2.25" tall.
