Using sharp sheers, snip the stem just above the soil avoiding the center stalk. This methods gives the plant the opportunity to continue producing. Both the leaves and stems can be used for fresh garnishes. Harvest the leaves before the plants begins to flower in the fall, Flavor will intensify as plant matures.
