DC97-18610F Suspension Rods Kit Installation Tips:
1. Unplug the samsung washer before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
2. To complete this multi-step repair, you'll need a putty knife, a wood plank, a piece of duct tape, a Philips screwdriver, and lithium grease.
3. Be very careful of the grease used on the pivot points. It is very difficult to remove. The replacement process takes about 20 ~ 30 minutes. ( It’s really pretty easy to do - from Youtube ).
4. Make sure you use lithium grease where they mount at the top and bottom to avoid future wear and squeaks.
