Trailer brake cable back plate / half shell

This listing is for 8 x ALKO brake cable half shells

Suitable for all the ALKO brake systems where the end of the brake cable is 26mm (in diameter)

The cable shroud cover fits into the rear back plate and then the cable goes over it to keep it rigid in place

Will fit all trailers with an ALKO brake system (axle / drums)

Manufactured from steel for maximum strength and durability

Black powder coated finish for rust and corrosion resistance

Fitted on some of the older versions of Ifor Williams made before 1992

Fits onto the back plate for attaching the brake cable

These half shells are not compatible with KNOTT brake cables

You will need 2 of these for each cable as it goes into the back plate (one is normally welded and fastened in, where to the other is free so the cable can be changed without taking off the drum)
