Theodor Pištěk ( born 1932 ) is a Czech painter, costume and set designer.
He was born into a family of famous actors.
In the 1980s, he worked as a costume designer for Miloš Forman.
He won an Oscar for his costumes for Miloš Forman’s Amadeus.
