First Edition 1913.  Original pictorial red cloth, 289 printed pages, all illustrations have been checked and are complete including the 12 colour plates complete with captioned tissue-guards. "Presentation Copy" blind stamped to the top corner of the title page. Condition: Slightly bumped to the spine ends, some fading to the boards (mainly to the spine), slight discolouration to the top fore edge towards the spine, scattered foxing to the pages, otherwise tidy with no inscriptions and tidy plates.
