Up for sale is the September 1977 issue of Penthouse.  It is in very good condition with light bottom right hand corner creasing and light tearing at the staples, though there are no spine separations whatsoever.  The back cover has some discoloration along with light surface tearing.  There is also very, very light surface tearing to the front cover.

All pages (including the centerfold) are present.  There are no loose or torn pages and there is no wear to the centerfold.
