This tube tested great on a reliable Hickok Model 800A tube tester (a dynamic mutual conductance tester).     

Here is the reading in micromhos:  2750 - above new tube standards!   ... and NO shorts or gas detected.

Ref: Minimum readings should be 1560 micromhos (60%) and new tubes should test at 2600 or more micromhos.
