Square 8vo.,141(2)pp. Sharp First US Edition, #43 in the "Taste of Our Time" developed by Albert Skira. Bound in publisher's cream woven cloth with titles and publisher's logo stamped in red. Full-color mounted reproductions of Dürer's major works. Square, tight and clean throughout with no interior toning Minimal edge-wear. Edges mildly toned and a couple of spots. Solid unclipped dust-jacket, ($6.75), has some toning to edges and mild wear. Fresh and bright with no tears or chipping. Housed in publisher's protective cardboard slipcase which has toned edges and a couple of short closed tears but still solid and complete. A very pretty collectable copy of an uncommon title, at least on this side of the Atlantic, and rarely seen with slipcase.
