Gently worn vintage condition.  No holes, no tears, no stains.  All seams intact.  The belt show some wear - see picture #10.   At the waist, there was a hook and eye closure under the belt area.  The eye is missing.  (See the next to last picture.)  This does not impact the way the dress fits or wears.  With the belt, the dress works perfectly.
