The Aspirator Psychrometer MB-4M is used for measuring the air temperature and humidity. Hand operated, serves in stationary and hiking conditions.

In original bakelite case, has original instruction in Rusian and German.

Collectible device. Made in the USSR in 1967, but it seems was copied from German analogue because one paper of a manual is in German. 

I myself didn't test it but the person who gave me it had assured that it is in working condition.

Case size 44 x 12 x 12 cm or ~ 17 1/2" x 4 3/4" x 4 3/4".
