Very nice, I can't think of better starter set for youngster. I call this a "smart set", in my opinion and of many others, with less clubs you learn faster, not to mention, not having to haul the extra weight around. The set is in very good condition, minor wear only, some paint scuffs on couple shafts, no dings or dents on faces or heads. Length ref., Driver is 40", FD is 37", Hybrid is 35", #7 Iron is 33 1/2" and #9 iron is 33"
