Baugh (PhD, University of California, Irvine) is professor of New Testament at Westminster Seminary in Escondido, California. Clinton E. Arnold (PhD, University of Aberdeen) is Dean and Professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology in LaMirada, California.
