Vintage 1990's Hill tribe earrings. These were mostly made by various Hilltribes in and around Thailand (Hmong, Karen, Lahu, Lisu). Long ago I had some Karen friends that made earrings like this. They are hammered in tin with simple metal tools (straight lines, crescents etc...) to make the designs and then silver plated. Even the dangles are handmade.
