We take great care with our engraving to ensure that you receive the best product with high quality laser engraving so that your purchase will last you a lifetime.

There may be slight surface markings also which are natural, these do not affect the overall look of the product but rather they add to it's character and unique look.

To clean your coaster, please wipe clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher and do not immerse in hot water.

Please ensure you send us your message and or logo and that your spelling is all correct and the information you give is exactly as you want it to be. Feel free to pick any Microsoft font or you can leave it to us to decide. PNG files are best.

We typically post our orders of engraved items within 2 working days and send them 2nd class mail.
