This is a very nice example with lots of interesting details.  The paint is all original and has taken on a nice mellow patina from many years of use & storage.  Probably made by a loving father or Grandfather for a special child. The building is all hand-made from old wooden packing crate material and then hand painted.

This folk-art house is about 6" x 5" x 3 1/2" high and is in very good solid condition.

I think this was probably made in the 1930's   This came from a local Lancaster Country Pennsylvania estate.
