We take special care in shipping each mold. Sometimes thing happen out of our control and damage occurs while shipping to your location. In the event shipping damage occurs, we will need your assistance and cooperation to process the damage claim with the shipper in order to reimburse you.  All our shipments are insured in addition to careful packaging. 

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for detailed directions.  Some of the information we will need to pass on is as follows:

1.     For all damage claims, the damaged item, packaging, and all contents must be retained until the claim is resolved.

2.     We will need very specific photographs as outlined by specific shipper requirements.

3.     The shipping carrier may request to come to your address and inspect the package, packing materials, and item damaged.

4.     The shipping carrier as part of the claim may take the item from you.

5.     Additional information will be provided based on other variables.

We have an excellent track record on items arriving safely to our customers.  But if damage occurs, we would appreciate your assistance in rapidly processing the claim.
